About
Hackatrain is a hackathon on a train. A hackathon not only for developers, but also for data scientists, designers and marketers, because a good idea has to be built, designed and marketed. Tech-minded talents participating in the Hackatrain event brainstorm together to stir up new ideas on their commute to a tech conference abroad. Once arrived at their destination, they move to a co-working space and they have 24 hours to develop the software or app they invented along the way.
Our work
Hackatrain is one of our very own productions. We first imagined the potential of a train-based hackathon in 2014. In the summer 2015 we put the hackatrain idea into action, bringing a new concept and creative people to one of the coolest festivals in Europe: Tech Open Air Berlin. Since then Hackatrain became a living brand, a community where you can connect with peers, share your ideas, learn from each other and help one grow. Something unique you would like to be part of.
Our mission
Our mission is to connect young tech-minded talents, aged 18 – 35 years, to innovative companies with the aim to help taking their business to the next level. Our network provides you with access to the top talent from the best developers to data scientists, UX/UI designers or great marketers, due to our collaboration with Universities.

About
The Public Prosecution Service is a national organisation divided over ten regions. The organisation’s office (arrondisementsparket) in a given region is located at the district court (rechtbank) serving that region. Every office of this kind is headed by a Chief Prosecutor.
Our work
We provided the overall creative vision, while managing the end-to-end production of a symposium, focussed on technology and innovation within jurisdiction. An event with interesting speakers and 15 inspiring workshops. that allowed employees and stakeholders to share knowledge, experiences and practise.
Result
The symposium was a great success, bringing together employees and stakeholders. Highly positive feedback was received from many of the workshop leaders and symposium attendees crediting the excellent range of workshop leaders, the good organization and the creative environment for discussion and exchange of innovative ideas.

In 2016 and 2017 we partnered up with Railpromo. The focus of our partnership lied on event concept development. This included development and commercialization of new market propositions for corporate clients.

Science Park is an incubator for knowledge-intensive companies and dynamic business innovators seeking to explore new business opportunities. They are actively committed to help companies find the right business model, team, opportunities for international expansion, capital for growth and giving legal advice. The facilities are located at the heart of the world famous entrepreneurial spirit of the region Jönköping.
Our work
Connecting the Jönköping team with the Amsterdam startup ecosystem. The goal: Find out what Amsterdam did to make our capital so successful with startups, learn from founders, investors, accelerators, co-working spaces and corporate companies.
Result
We met with accelerators such as Rockstart or Startup Bootcamp and with startups like Hotelchamp or Yippie. We visited inspiring places & co-working spaces such as B.Amsterdam or Hackers & Founders. We cycled around to get the real feeling of Amsterdam. We sailed along the canals together with Barqo, the Airbnb for boats. We hosted 7 themed round table discussions with expert working for corporate companies such as KLM or KPN Ventures. We shared experiences, we learned, we got inspired and encourage the Jönköping team to use direct dialogue with other entrepreneurs as a means to helping them progress to the next level of a “startup place to be”.

About
Yummya is a festival about street food, which seperates itself from others by adding a theme to the festivities. The 4-day festival features tastings from the best food trucks in the capital Amsterdam, giving their crowd a high quality food experience.
Our work
It began with a brief to create a new street food experience at an unusual location: the Jaap Eden ice skating rink, Amsterdam’s largest and best-known ice skating center. We provided full support, developing a creative concept, liaising directly with suppliers and stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks and to ensure all requirements were met. Then working backwards to make sure the logistics of the event run smoothly.
Result
We developed a story around the theme ‘guilty pleasures’, based on the novel ‘Adam and Eve’. The seduction of food was pertinent to this event all the way through. We divided the festival area into four worlds: Adam’s Apple, Eve’s Kiss, Eden and Forbidden Fruits to bring the theme more to life. The effect of this playful approach resulted in lots of media attention.

TravConnect is a networking club for Innovation Managers, Entrepreneurs and Board members who are working in Travel. It is part of Emerce, a multichannel platform which provides decision makers with knowledge and new inspiration about e-business and marketing. The platform includes a magazine, specials like Emerce100 and eGuide, a news site, newsletters, webseminars and events like Emerce eTravel, eDay, Mobile Convention Amsterdam and Digital Marketing Live!
Our work
We are responsible for different projects, from organizing b2b events and sponsored events (including program management) to community management.
Result
Well, our journey has just started, but in 2016 we have already put down two succesful events . More to come soon!
– The Young Professional Event; Obviously focussing on young professionals. We themed the event IoT and arranged speakers from companies like KLM, TU Delft, The Things Network and De Clercq Advocaten & Notarissen. More than 120 persons attended the event.
– Efuture, a sponsored event in collaboration with the Insurance company Unigarant. We were responsible for the whole production, including campaign management to attract visitors. Around 100 people attended the event.

TravConnect E-Future is a yearly company sponsored event focussing on the latest online marketing trends within the travel industry. The inspirational presentations, prepared by expert-speakers, offer participants new ideas for developing their products and fresh viewpoints on future projects.
Our work
The second edition of TravConnect E-Future was in collaboration with Unigarant Insurances. We took care of the online registration and speaker management. Finally, we were on site to ensure a smooth running event that was perfectly scheduled and above all a successful and enjoyable event.
Result
We set the theme ‘The Future of the Customer Journey in Travel’ and developed a succesful program with keynote speakers such as KLM’s E-Development Manager Mobile René Matla or Unigarant Insurances’ Innovation Manager Marin Roos. Around 100 people attended the event.

Result
We themed the event ‘The Internet of Things: new business chances for travel in a connected world’ and arranged speakers from companies such as KLM, TU Delft or The Things Network. More than 120 people attended the event.

Wasteland is Europe’s biggest fetish event in Amsterdam and Berlin. In the year 1994 Wasteland brought Fetishism out of the darkness of the underground and mixed it with electronic music and spectacular, often innovating, entertainment.
Our work
We are responsible for booking DJ’s and creating a long-term programming strategy.
Result
For variation’s sake we made some changes to Wasteland’s music format. In addition to arranging only house music DJ’s, we decided to fill the separate rooms with different types of electronic music which are popular nowadays, like techno and disco. For the consistency we kept the Main Stage – where house music rules – the same. We booked national and international DJ’s like Carlos Valdes, Hollywood & Vine, Eluize, Doppelgang, Spencer Parker, Benny Rodrigues and many more.

About
In 2010, the development cooperation organization Hivos set out on a unique and ambitious mission. Their goal is to provide all 650,000 inhabitants of the Indonesian island Sumba with access to 100% sustainable energy within 10 years. Sumba is one of the poorest islands of Indonesia. Its size is 210 km by 40 km; approximately a quarter of the size of the Netherlands. It is east of Java and south of Flores, close to Bali.
Our Work
To raise money, awareness and support for Sumba we organized a fundraising dinner. There was no budget available.
Result
We attracted sponsors like NH Hotels, restaurant Blauw, supermarket chain Ekoplaza, DJ Gregor Salto, the Indonesian dance groups DwiBhumi and Nuansa Seni Indonesia, pianist Pieter Hoogland, violist Evert Sillem and more. Over 80 professionals donated money and attended the fundraising dinner. On the night itself we organized a silent auction to raise more money. All together we raised € 7.161,- for Hivos.

About
ANWB annually awards the title Campsite of the Year to campsites that offer the best facilities and innovations in their sector at European level in six different categories, like campsite with the most beautiful rental accommodation or the best campsite for families with teenagers.
Our Work
We delivered full creative and production for the ANWB Camping Awards. We set the feel and mood for the award ceremony by selecting the right dress code, location, high quality catering, entertainment, speakers, and decorations, all tailored at achieving one goal: giving the winners ánd also the non-winners an experience they will never forget.
Result
We developed a story around the theme ‘The Love Boat’ and merged it with the content about the campsites. We transformed the Polar room at Jaarbeurs Media Plaza into a nautical experience to remember. Guests were greeted on gangway entrance by sailors. Upon registration guests were treated to prosecco and a selection canapés on the main deck. There was a wow moment when Lucia Marthas students opened the ceremony with a vocal flash mob. The main space was decorated in the style of a cruiseship dining area. Guests were treated to a delicious three course meal, with delicious wines. Entertainment consisted of animated videos to announce the nominated campsites and professional dance shows with themed dancers.
